Compliance within the federal EEO landscape

We will discuss the current federal requirements and recommendations for meeting those mandates, finishing with a demonstration of DCI's new tool that we developed in partnership with SHRM and an impressive slate of employment attorneys. This tool offers a self-service platform for evaluating data and policies against federal requirements and case law.
