Our history
Built on collaboration between industry and government
AZilg began as the Arizona Affirmative Action Association, also known as Quad A. It grew from the national Industry Liaison Group movement, which encourages open communication between employers and federal compliance agencies. Today, that same collaborative spirit guides our educational programs, partnerships, and member community.
