Directions: From I-17, enter campus from Milton on University Dr. Follow University to San Francisco. take a left onto San Francisco, the parking garage will be on your left. Once parked, attendees will walk north (toward the San Francisco Peaks) and cross the street at the light. There are stairs and elevators available to get to the second floor.

Topic:  Individualization, Interactive Process and Undue Burden-Three key components of the ADAAA Title I accommodation process

This session will focus on key concepts and processes for making disability-related employment accommodation decisions. We will look at how to ensure each request is handled on a case by case basis and the importance of engaging all parties in an interactive process. We will also look at how to assess concerns about undue burden and make reasoned decisions.
