AZILG is partnering with the Department of Labor Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion (EARN) to provide a training session for the April monthly membership meeting. The session will highlight strategies to diversify your workforce to include individuals with disabilities. Derek Shields, an EARN Consultant, will review disability and diversity, equal opportunity (including the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act,), and positive outreach and recruitment strategies. Time will be provided for Q&A and resources will be provided.
