Topic: Evaluating for compensation disparities: No, it’s not overwhelming (and yes, it’s probably more important now than ever)!!!

Compensation equity has been, and will continue to be, a hot topic for the foreseeable future. With Federal regulations bolstered by those from a number of States, it’s important for organizations to take a proactive approach to finding, and addressing, their own issues (without the “help” of enforcement agencies or plaintiff attorneys). Attendees of all skill levels will leave with an understanding of why analyzing compensation for inequities is important, how best to “pitch” a proactive analysis project to organizational leadership, how to conduct initial analyses, and what to do once (potential) issues are identified. The session will be very pragmatic and geared toward providing professionals with skills they can use immediately.
